That is pretty much how Vriska thinks of Mukuro too! She actually kind of wishes he were a troll because she has this (not-so) secret MASSIVE HANGUP about being ... an alien ... in the midst of so many dumb humans :(a
I would say she thinks of him as a moirail (which is kiiiind of the troll equivalent of a best friend SORT OF??) but not reeeeeally, because moirails are supposed to ... balance each other out! And Vriska and Mukuro MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT MAKE EACH OTHER MORE BALANCED, IF ANYTHING THEY BRING OUT THE WORST IN EACH OTHER :'D.
