CHROME MAKEOVER IS WHEN HE STYLED NAGI INTO CHROME. There isn't much here. It's trivial positive and in general headcanon of just like la la la hair cut and he picked out her clothes and was like I'd wear that wao that's cute and whatever. IMPORTANCE OF CHROME??? But he knew that from his other memories with her.
