question meme

You ask me stuff, I ask you stuff in return and it's the circle of life '-' (and then we all get eaten by lions and fertilize the grass blah blah).

I play Acedia/Mukuro and Milady/Alexiel. I used to play Aeris and Pride/Break. And I NPC Beauty, Cheshire, Dream, Three and I did some of Anansi in the last plot!

I'll get to tags tonight or tomorrow I promise *^*

Also a PSA that I'll be on early schedule Fri/Sat and Sun! Back to my normal later schedule on Mon through the rest of the week.

I don't even remember how I answered this question last time so it might be kind of different. Who knows.

Raven loves his team a lot and can't overstate how much they've done for him, but in general he does not think "teams" are... like that. Tiger's Eye is a very teamy team, but he is pretty sure that is only because they've all worked at being that way and because they've had the luck to have their members be stable long enough for that to work. So in that sense he can be kind of annoyed when people are like "well, we're not like Tiger's Eye," because it's not like TE is actually full of friendly and reasonable people who work well with others and get along easily. So in some sense he thinks a team can be what you make of it. But you also can't control the other people on your team, and due to games and living situations your choices on what you actually do with your life are very limited by your team, which he doesn't actually like much because you don't pick your team. Having people to work together with is very important to Raven, and sometimes accidents can work out well (like Tiger's Eye, or back home the Vesperia party) but at the core he feels like people should have a choice about it. Like with guilds. :|a

If all the teams in Aather dissolved and people got to choose who to work with and live with and everything somehow, how would Acedia take it?

He... doesn't believe in it... although even saying that makes it sound more active than he actually thinks about it. Raven doesn't really think about the future much at all! He's much more used to just living in the moment or... being dead and not caring. When he does think about the future his problem is generally not remotely knowing what he wants or what to do rather than feeling that his fate or destiny is set. :|a

But in general his life has been enough of a random journey that he doesn't feel like people are locked into anything, and he came out generally positively even after being a useless failure and then dying and then being suicidally depressed for ten years, so when he is being positive he is... pretty optimistic about possibilities. So if people are like NO I CAN'T DO THAT I'M FATED TO DO THIS he's just like... no that's stupid. If there's something you want to do, do it. Who knows what will happen!!

What are your personae's opinions on fate!!

I would! I enjoy gamerunning, I have discovered. I don't know what kind though. Possibly one that would run puzzle or logic games, but I really haven't thought about it that hard.

Is there a kind of persona you feel is underrepresented atm?

PRETTY AWKWARD as they are both suffering from secondhand embarrassment. AatherRaven is like "oh god was I really that transparently absurd all the time?" and CanonRaven is like "oh god why is he being so honest/i>? How?!"

Then they both get really drunk and grateful for the sympathetic ear and talk about a lot of stuff.

Games you would like to run/see run?
