IT'S BEEN A MONTH

They are maybe slightly more healthy in Aather than in canon. Although that's kind of a relative thing considering how fucked up they are in canon. But I mean...at least in that Itachi isn't into the idea of mindfucking or lying to Sasuke in Aather. They're still kind of entirely preoccupied with each other and Itachi is still kind of willing to try to manipulate Sasuke. He just doesn't want to use the same tactics. And even if he started to think that maybe his canon tactics deserved more consideration, he'd probably decide against following them because of the quest Mal gave them.

They still have a boatload of issues to deal with, though, so. You know. We'll see how it goes.

What does Aeris think of Onyx?

Probably not. I mean, I guess I'd try if I found another character I REALLY WANTED, but as of right now there are no characters like that. And I'm really uncertain about my ability to meet activity with a second because Itachi tends to be my primary by a rather large margin. :x

...As far as I know... He's using the Six Paths with the dead Jinchuuriki right now but I guess it's all part of his moon plan or w/e.

Okay, so. How did you decide what gemstones to name teams after? I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CURIOUS ABOUT THIS.

I probably would have picked a lot of the same ones. Though I likely would have a Garnet in there somewhere because I love garnets. They are my favorite red stone.

I mostly asked because some of the gemstones aren't super commonly known, that I'm aware of. Like Iolite and Kunzite I am familiar with because I've been going to rock and gem shows most of my life, but I don't see them often outside of things like that. The gem/mineral nerd in me appreciates the variety, though. |D

Itachi loves Emeralds. :x He seriously is very fond of his team and they are generally a good influence on him. His feelings toward Emerald are similar to his feelings for Konoha in canon, I guess, in terms of love and loyalty. With the added bonus that Emerald wouldn't ask him to do something like kill his family. So it works out really well. :T

What's Mukuro been up to lately?

I'm vaguely curious about what would happen if I did, but I'm pretty sure I'm too lazy and distractable to plan one successfully, but even if I decided I wanted to try, it wouldn't be for awhile because I'd want Itachi to have more memories.

Are there any castmates you'd like to see for either of your characters?

Orochimaru is the only one right now who he knows he'd have a problem with. He doesn't remember Madara yet, but once he does he won't want him around either. XD And, other than that...idk. Maybe Danzou once he and/or Sasuke remember him.

Who would Mukuro least want to see show up?
