I never plan very far ahead. I prefer doing fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants and see-how-things-roll for RPing. THAT BEING SAID, I want him to get Turquoise high just in time for a game one day. And I want him to get more sig-negs back. Especially the one where he tries to rape his sister or the one where he's Rociel's puppet (I have those ones labelled with a request for it to be shareable, because I'm a terrible person). I really, really like RPing memory fallout.
