He is trying to come to terms with apparently maybe being a horrible person. He got two memories relevant to the clan killing while I was out of town and is sort of absorbing those so he gets the feeling he had reasons and it was premeditated but he's not sure that makes it better. So he is just kind of resigning himself. But he's actually generally more worried about Sasuke, because that is how he rolls.

He's also upset about Watanuki being a statue, which happened while he was personae-napped and he feels bad about not being around when that was apparently happening. ):
